Job Summary
We are looking for a FiberNet Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot broadband fiber internet connections for residential and business customers. The candidate should be willing to work in the field and provide quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install Fiber-to-Home (FTTH) broadband connections.
- Configure and troubleshoot ONT, routers, and Wi-Fi devices.
- Perform fiber cable laying, splicing, and termination.
- Attend customer complaints and resolve network issues.
- Test fiber links and ensure service quality.
- Conduct preventive maintenance of fiber networks.
- Coordinate with the Network Operations team for issue resolution.
- Maintain installation and service reports.
- Follow company safety and service standards. These duties align with common fiber technician roles involving installation, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Fiber Optic Networks (FTTH).
- Router and networking configuration.
- Troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in field locations and travel locally.
Requirements
- Freshers with networking knowledge can also apply.
- Experience in Broadband, Telecom, ISP, Fiber, or CCTV installation is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
