We are looking to hire a skilled CCTV Operator & Admin who have good experience with the overall functionality of CCTV and monitoring the camera.
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Role & responsibilities:
· Continuous Monitoring: Diligently monitor the CCTV system on a continuous basis.
· Incident Management: Detect, document, and appropriately escalate any suspicious activities or security breaches.
· Maintenance Checks: Perform regular checks to ensure that all cameras and related equipment are fully functional.
· Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of all incidents and monitoring activities as per the company policy.
· Compliance: Ensure that surveillance activities comply with relevant laws and regulations regarding privacy and data protection.
· Emergency Response Coordination: Work with security personnel to coordinate responses to incidents when necessary.
· Office Administration: Taking care of the administrative work in office
Skills and Qualifications:
· Education: High school diploma or Graduate; additional certification in security or surveillance is a plus.
· Experience: Previous experience in a security-focused role, preferably in a CCTV monitoring capacity.
· Background Check: Clean criminal record and possibly a background check, given the sensitivity of the educational environment.
· Technical Acumen: Familiarity with the CCTV technology.
· Physical Fitness: Good physical condition, as the job may require sitting for long periods.
· Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
· Patience: Must be Patient and have perseverance
· Observation: Must have strong observation skill to identify small, apparently unnoticeable details.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
