E\&I Comment Resolution: Addressing and resolving E\&I-related comments for all job orders. Panel Testing Report Management: Maintaining and updating panel testing reports (Control & Power Panel) in FMS (Google Sheet). Programming Status Updates: Updating PLC + HMI programming status in the FMS system (Google Sheet). Report Preparation: Preparing reports for Electrical Cartridge Heaters and Furnace Heating Coils. Panel Testing: Conducting panel testing for all job orders. Service Team Support: Providing telephonic and physical support to the service team for automation-related issues. Stock Updates: Keeping the HOD updated on automation-related stock. Marketing Team Support: Offering telephonic and physical support to the marketing team for automation-related solutions before pre orders. Client Inspections: Facing and managing client inspections.
