Position: Material Management & Logistics Executive
Department: Supply Chain / Stores & Logistics
Reporting To: Material Manager / Supply Chain Manager
Logistics Management
- Plan and coordinate transportation of materials to project sites.
- Liaise with transporters, vendors, and logistics service providers for timely deliveries.
- Track shipments and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
- Arrange dispatches, route planning, and vehicle allocation for cost-effective transportation.
- Monitor loading, unloading, and handling activities to prevent material damage.
- Maintain logistics documentation including LR, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport invoices.
Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, project, finance, and vendor teams.
- Maintain accurate records of material movement and logistics transactions.
- Generate MIS reports related to inventory, dispatches, deliveries, and logistics costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Support audits by providing inventory and logistics-related documentation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Materials Management, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
Certification in Materials Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics will be an added advantage.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in Material Management, Stores, Inventory Control, or Logistics.
Experience in EPC, Transmission Line, Power, Infrastructure, Construction, or Manufacturing sectors preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
