ANS Solution specializes in helping CPA firms, Accounting Firms, and Bookkeeping Companies in the USA and Canada grow their client base through lead generation, appointment setting, digital marketing, social media management, and business development services.
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to generate qualified leads, schedule appointments, and support client acquisition efforts for accounting and CPA firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and online research.
- Identify and connect with CPA firms, Accounting Firms, and Bookkeeping Companies in the USA and Canada.
- Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns and follow-up activities.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage CRM records and update lead statuses regularly.
- Develop personalized outreach messages and email campaigns.
- Research target markets, competitors, and industry trends.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or Sales.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience with cold emailing and cold calling.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Strong internet research and prospecting skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation.
- Experience working with international clients (USA/Canada preferred).
- Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, CPA, or outsourcing services is a plus.
- Experience using Apollo, Instantly, ZoomInfo, or similar sales tools.
