Job Summary
Network Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training in logistics and supply chain management. The ideal candidate should be capable of providing practical, career-focused training while mentoring students and supporting their placement readiness.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Academic Delivery
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Train students on warehouse management, inventory control, transportation, freight forwarding, shipping, import/export procedures, and supply chain operations.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, case studies, and industry-based sessions.
- Keep course content updated with the latest industry practices and technologies.
Student Development
- Monitor student attendance, discipline, and academic performance.
- Mentor students and provide academic and career guidance.
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, and mock interviews.
- Support students in developing communication, interview, and employability skills.
- Address student queries and provide timely feedback.
Placement Support
- Prepare students for placements through resume-building sessions, aptitude training, and interview preparation.
- Coordinate with the Placement Team to identify eligible candidates.
- Conduct mock interviews and technical evaluations.
- Assist students in securing internships and employment opportunities.
- Track placement status and maintain placement-related records.
Academic Administration
- Maintain attendance registers, training records, and student progress reports.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly academic reports to management.
- Coordinate with the Academic Counsellors regarding student progress and course completion.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus as per the academic calendar.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of industry experience or experience as a Logistics Trainer.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, inventory management, shipping, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online training tools.

- Submit all academic reports accurately and on time.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, webinars, and promotional academic events conducted by Network Academy.
- Uphold the institution's academic standards, discipline, and professional values.
Compensation
Salary will be based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
Pay: ₹9,051.02 - ₹40,816.96 per month
