Hiring: Cluster Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Sales Manager with 4+ years of experience in hotel sales to join our growing hospitality team. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and proven experience in driving room revenue and corporate business for multiple hotel properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across assigned hotel properties.
Handle Corporate, room sales, Travel Agent, MICE, and RFP business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and hotel presentations.
Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations, and Operations teams for smooth business execution.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis.
Ensure maximum occupancy and revenue generation for the cluster.
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in hotel sales.
Experience in handling multiple properties/clusters preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Good understanding of hospitality sales strategies and market segmentation.
Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel sales systems.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidate from Hospitality/Hotel industry background.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Flexible to travel as per business requirements.
