CA Accounts & Finance Manager

This is a full-time role located in Head Quarter, Jaipur for a CA Accounts & Finance Manager at Bhanwariya Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. The selected candidate will manage and oversee general accounting operations, including preparing financial statements, performing financial analysis, handling tax compliance, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. Responsibilities also include managing budgets, cash flows, and audits, coordinating with external stakeholders, and implementing efficient accounting systems and processes for the organization.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Accounts, Financial Reporting, and Auditing
- Strong skills in Tax Compliance, Budgeting, and Financial Planning
- Familiarity with managing Cash Flows and Financial Analysis
- Proficiency in utilizing Accounting Systems, Tally Prime software, and financial tools
- Ability to handle compliance matters and ensure adherence to financial regulations
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and effective at problem-solving, with strong leadership skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
- Previous experience in EPC industry financial management is an added advantage
Technical & Practical Knowledge
• Statutory Compliance & Audits GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
- TDS/TCS (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27EQ).
- Income Tax (advance tax, ITR filing).
- ROC filings and MCA compliance.
- Audit coordination (statutory, internal, tax).
- Reconciliation of GST portal, TDS statements (26AS), and bank accounts.
- Banking & Fundraising Working capital loans, overdrafts, term loans.
- Bank Guarantees (BGs), EMDs, non-fund-based limits.
- CMA data preparation, financial projections, stock statements.
- Financial Management Cash flow monitoring and forecasting.
- Vendor/subcontractor payments and payroll disbursement.
- Budgeting and cost center reconciliation.
- Journal entries, receipts, payments, ledger maintenance.
- GST-compliant billing and purchase verification.
- Stock verification and reconciliation.
- Reporting & MIS Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, fund utilization reports.
- Variance analysis (budget vs. actual).
- Strategic financial insights for management.
- Insurance & Risk Corporate insurance policies (Workmen’s Compensation, Property, Project-related).
- Risk assessment and negotiation with brokers.
