We are Looking for Leisure Travel Outbound professionals for Bengaluru.
The primary responsibility of this position will be to promote and sell International Travel packages to potential clients. You will play a vital role in crafting memorable travel experiences for customers by comprehensively understanding their needs, offering expert advice, and coordinating all travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell a diverse range of International Travel packages, encompassing tours, cruises, and vacation arrangements.
- Sells and coordinates transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities.
- Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
- Sending proposals for package tours & hotel bookings, preparing itineraries & costing for International Hotel/ Holiday packages.
- Collects payments, books travel arrangements and pays applicable fees.
- Stay updated on the company's travel offerings, pricing structures, and promotional activities.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of various travel destinations, accommodations, and activities in order to furnish accurate information and recommendations to clients.
- Manage booking processes that include flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Prepare and maintain precise records of client interactions, transactions, and bookings.
- Ensure that all necessary travel documents—such as itineraries and tickets—are provided to clients.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and other partners in order to negotiate favourable terms and secure exclusive deals for clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in selling International Tour Packages. More experience would be considered for Manager positions.
- Familiarity with FIT, GIT, Groups, Destinations, Routes, fare rules, taxes, and airline regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
CTC : At par with industry standards.
Candidates with International Tour package experience from Travel Industry are preferred.
