Core Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and optimize complex, frequently changing calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.
- Communication Gatekeeping: Serve as the primary point of contact, screening calls, routing inquiries, and drafting professional correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Travel Coordination: Plan detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas.
- Information Preparation: Collate data, format reports, and build polished presentations using tools like MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, record minutes, and manage action items to ensure executives are prepared for all engagements.
- Project & Office Management: Oversee special projects, organize team events, and manage vendor or supplier relations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
