Job Summary:
We are looking for a Debt Collection Executive (Telecaller) to contact customers and collect outstanding payments. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and capable of handling difficult conversations with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound collection calls to customers regarding overdue accounts.
- Remind and follow up with defaulters via calls, SMS, and emails.
- Explain repayment terms and negotiate payment plans as per company policy.
- Record call details and update the system with accurate remarks.
- Maintain daily/weekly call logs and collection reports.
- Escalate complex cases to the senior collection team or legal team when required.
- Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
- Proven experience in collections, DPD Buckets, customer service, or tele calling is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages.
- Ability to handle rejection and pressure calmly.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, CRM tools, or collection software is an advantage.
