Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and welcoming Front Office cum Administration Executive to manage our front desk operations and perform various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the face of Annveshan , providing first-class service to our visitors and supporting our internal team with administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, visitor coordination, and meeting room bookings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and office environment.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff and vendors to ensure timely completion of cleaning, maintenance, and facility-related activities.
- Oversee office supplies, pantry management, courier services, and other day-to-day administrative operations.
- Support departments with administrative tasks, documentation, presentations, and internal communications.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
- Monitor adherence to office policies, including workplace decorum, dress code, and employee movement procedures.
- Supervise housekeeping personnel and ensure high standards of cleanliness and upkeep are maintained.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Office, AI tools to enhance administrative efficiency and workplace support.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations and timely issue resolution.
Skill Requirements:
- Proven experience in Front Office, Reception, Administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to effectively use AI-driven tools, digital platforms, and workplace technologies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
- Resourceful, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently.
- Experience in vendor coordination and facilities management is preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
