Job Summary
Wearch Developers is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization's overall business operations and independently manage multiple branches. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, business development, operational management, and team management skills with proven experience in the architecture, construction, or real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all company operations across multiple branches.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Oversee branch performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor project execution from planning to completion.
- Lead and mentor department heads and branch managers.
- Drive sales, business development, and client acquisition.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and government authorities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, cash flow, and profitability.
- Prepare business reports and present performance to the Directors.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, safety, and company policies.
- Handle crisis management and operational decision-making independently.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion plans.
- Maintain the company's brand image and market reputation.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10–15 years of leadership experience preferrably in Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, or Infrastructure.
- Previous experience as a CEO, COO, General Manager, Business Head, or Operations Head is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple branches independently.
- Strong business development and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Sound knowledge of construction operations, project management, finance, and administration.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- MBA or equivalent management qualification is preferred. Engineering or Architecture background is an added advantage.

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
