Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily mechanical maintenance and installation work.
- Assign work to technicians and monitor their performance.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out on schedule.
- Inspect mechanical equipment and identify faults or potential failures.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Review drawings, technical documents, and maintenance procedures.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain maintenance records, work reports, and equipment history.
- Manage spare parts and tools required for maintenance activities.
- Train and guide mechanical technicians and apprentices.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance and project activities.
- Participate in shutdowns, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities. Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and P&IDs.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and permit-to-work systems.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office and CMMS software is an advantage).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
