- Conduct advanced user research and competitive benchmarking including advanced methods such as ethnography and contextual inquiry
- Define research strategy aligned with business goals
- Define IA Sitemaps and Navigation Models
- Create and validate high level design concepts with customers
- Define solution architecture and collaborate across UX UI and engineering teams to validate feasibility
- Establish design patterns and guidelines including micro interaction patterns ensuring consistency across products
- Develop detailed design specifications and ensure compliance with usability and WCAG standards
- Drive usability testing and synthesize findings for design improvements
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data driven insights
- Maintain design systems and visual consistency across all product touchpoints
- Review and validate prototypes for compliance with the Experience Design framework
- Manage project sign off and closure activities
- Lead design discussions
- Stay updated on UX trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in product design
