Manage and lead a team of 7 to 12 employees, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and effective team coordination
Drive kitchen top-line and bottom-line performance by achieving sales targets and maintaining profitability
Build a strong customer base and ensure high customer retention and ratings across both owned and aggregator platforms
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to enhance their performance and prepare them for future growth opportunities
Manage the kitchen P&L by controlling costs, monitoring expenses, and delivering budgeted profitability
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure there are no stock discrepancies at the kitchen level
Ensure adherence to all health, hygiene, and safety standards and maintain compliance across the team
Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and promotional activities to improve customer engagement and ratings
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions within the defined turnaround time
Manage SLM brands effectively to maximize direct profitability within the kitchen operations
Oversee internal operational processes and support new launch audits to achieve operational excellence
Maintain all statutory licenses and documentation required for external government audits and inspections
Monitor and maintain employee attendance records and ensure proper workforce management
Plan, schedule, and complete all kitchen-level training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Prepare reports, communicate effectively through emails, and coordinate with internal stakeholders as required
