The Executive – Facility Management is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, safety, and security of the company's facilities and infrastructure. The role involves managing building maintenance, housekeeping, utilities, vendor coordination, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for employees and visitors.

Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities.

Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of building infrastructure and utilities.

Manage housekeeping, security, pantry, and other facility services.

Monitor the performance of facility service providers and contractors.

Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and other utility systems.

Coordinate repairs, renovations, and infrastructure improvement projects.

Maintain records of facility maintenance, inspections, and service contracts.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and statutory regulations.

Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-control measures.

Support office space management and employee facility requirements.

Handle vendor negotiations, service agreements, and invoice verification.

Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, Administration, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in facility management, administration, or maintenance operations.

Experience in manufacturing or industrial facilities will be an added advantage.
