Below are the details,
Role: Center Manager
Location: sholinganallur, Chennai
Daily Responsibilities:
- Open the center on time and ensure all classrooms are clean, safe, and ready for children.
- Supervise teachers, caregivers, and support staff, assigning daily duties as needed.
- Welcome children and parents, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Monitor children's safety, health, hygiene, and overall well-being throughout the day.
- Conduct classroom rounds to ensure curriculum and activity plans are being followed.
- Address parent queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Manage staff attendance, schedules, and breaks.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and licensing standards.
- Maintain records such as attendance, incident reports, visitor logs, and daily reports.
- Oversee meal and snack service, ensuring nutrition and hygiene standards are met.
- Handle emergencies, accidents, or behavioral issues according to center policies.
- Monitor inventory of educational materials, cleaning supplies, and other essentials.
- Coordinate with vendors and housekeeping for maintenance and supplies.
- Conduct end-of-day review with staff and communicate important updates.
- Ensure all children are safely picked up by authorized guardians.
- Secure the center and complete closing procedures.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
