Job Title: Senior Product Manager – B2B AI / Agentic Platforms

We are looking for a seasoned B2B Product Leader to own end-to-end lifecycle of AI-led and Agentic products—from product strategy and delivery to GTM execution and client success. This role requires a strong blend of product thinking, execution rigor, and commercial orientation.

Own product vision, roadmap, and execution for AI/Agentic platforms

Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to GA release

Define and manage structured product backlog (features, enhancements, dependencies)

Ensure release readiness (engineering, UAT, integration) with high quality standards

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Design teams

Define product positioning, ICP, and differentiation strategy

Own GTM planning including pricing, packaging, and launch readiness

Build sales enablement assets (pitch decks, demos, solution narratives)

Work with marketing on demand generation and product visibility

Track adoption, usage metrics, and customer feedback loops

Act as Product Owner for key enterprise engagements

Lead requirement discovery, backlog creation, and delivery alignment

Drive UAT planning, execution, and client sign-offs

Ensure predictable delivery with high customer satisfaction

Support enterprise sales with solutioning, storytelling, and domain insights

Develop customized proposals for Retail / Financial Services clients

Contribute to opportunity progression and conversion

10–12 years of experience in Product Management (B2B mandatory)

Proven experience in AI / Agentic systems / intelligent automation products

Strong track record of shipping products from 0 1 and scaling

Experience in enterprise client engagement and solution ownership

Prior experience in firms like Accenture, EPAM, Deloitte, EY or similar preferred

Strong understanding of GTM strategy, pricing, and product commercialization

Excellent stakeholder management across tech, business, and clients
