We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Sales Professional to manage sales of our medical bed actuators and healthcare motion solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of medical bed actuators used in hospital beds, ICU beds, homecare beds, and medical furniture
- Identify and develop new clients including hospital bed manufacturers, medical equipment OEMs, distributors, and dealers
- Extensive travel to client locations and prospective customers for meetings, presentations, and business development
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow-ups
- Conduct product demos and commercial negotiations
- Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with internal technical/engineering teams
- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market presence
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Participate in medical exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM regularly
Work Mode:
- Work From Home role
- No daily office reporting required
- Role involves regular and extensive travel to client and prospect locations
Desired Profile:
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in medical devices, hospital equipment, actuators, or industrial products
- Comfortable with frequent travel and field-based sales
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
- Basic technical understanding or ability to learn medical/mechanical products
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Biomedical, or Sales & Marketing preferred
