Job Summary
The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for technical sales, product demonstrations,
customer support, process troubleshooting, and business development for electroplating products
and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of electroplating chemicals, equipment, and technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer trials.
- Visit customer sites to understand process requirements.
- Troubleshoot electroplating process issues and recommend solutions.
- Support customers in process optimization and product implementation.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, and Quality teams.
- Prepare technical reports and sales updates.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide after-sales technical support and training.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field.
Experience
3–5 years in Electroplating, Technical Sales, Application Engineering, or Process Engineering.
Jewellery manufacturing or metal finishing experience preferred.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
