Key Responsibilities
· Visit construction/project sites for leads generated by the company and assess the site requirements.
· Coordinate with clients to understand their construction, renovation or project requirements.
· Supervise day-to-day construction activities at assigned sites.
· Monitor and manage workers, contractors, labourers and other site personnel.
· Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and company requirements.
· Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
· Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors and management for smooth project execution.
· Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship at the site.
· Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools and manpower.
· Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
· Maintain daily site records, work progress reports and material requirements.
· Monitor material movement, consumption and availability at the site.
· Ensure compliance with basic construction safety practices and maintain a safe working environment.
· Take measurements and provide necessary site-related information to the management/technical team.
· Follow up with contractors and workers to ensure work is completed as planned.
· Handle multiple site visits when required and provide regular updates to management.
· Support the sales/business development team by providing accurate site information and assisting with client coordination.
Candidate Requirements
· Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor / Construction Supervisor or in a similar construction-related role.
· Practical knowledge of construction site operations and labour management.
· Ability to understand basic construction drawings, measurements and site requirements.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Should be comfortable travelling to different project sites within the city/nearby areas.
· Should be capable of independently handling site visits and reporting site requirements.
· Must be responsible, punctual and proactive.
· Ability to manage workers and coordinate with contractors effectively.
· Basic knowledge of construction materials, tools and execution processes will be preferred.
· Candidates with experience in residential/commercial construction, renovation or civil works will be preferred.
