- Experienced in LEAN & TQM
- Skilled in production manpower handling and ensuring 100% plan vs actual execution
- Strong expertise in PQCDSM improvement through 5S, Kaizen, Quality Circles & suggestion schemes
- Hands-on in gap analysis, corrective actions, and multi-skill workforce development
- Knowledge of engineering drawing interpretation, cutting, welding, forming, surface prep & painting
- Proficient in NDT methods (VT, PT, UT, RT)
- Working knowledge of SAP and compliance with IATF/ISO standards
- Focused on defect-free, safe production and zero customer complaints
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
