Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Estate Manager to oversee the administration, maintenance, security, housekeeping, infrastructure, and overall estate operations of our educational campus. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the campus facilities while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day campus estate operations.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, gardening, maintenance, and support staff.
- Ensure proper maintenance of buildings, classrooms, hostels, roads, utilities, and common areas.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, and repair works.
- Monitor vendor contracts and service providers.
- Manage campus infrastructure development projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain records of assets, equipment, and maintenance activities.
- Handle campus logistics, vehicle management, and facility-related issues.
- Support admission events, examinations, functions, and VIP visits.
- Prepare budgets and control estate-related expenses.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in estate management, facility management, administration, or infrastructure operations.
- Experience in educational institutions, hospitals, townships, hotels, or large campuses preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and vendor management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of civil, electrical, and facility maintenance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
