We are happy to announce that we are looking for a dedicated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Counselor / Sales Executive.
As a Patient Counselor / Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing them with accurate information, compassionate guidance, and support throughout their journey. You will also play an important role in promoting CancerMitr’s services and ensuring that patients receive the best possible experience and care solutions.

1. Position: Patient Counselor / Business Development Executive
2. Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)
3. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients in a time-sensitive
environment.
- Engage with patients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their needs and
provide appropriate healthcare guidance.
- Identify patient requirements, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth communication
experience.
- Promote and upsell relevant CancerMitr products, services, and packages where
applicable.
- Follow company-provided communication and sales scripts to maintain consistent
messaging.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with patients and clients.
- Manage, track, and update all patient interactions and details in the CRM system.
- Prepare and share regular reports on performance metrics and conversion outcomes.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient coordination and service delivery.
4. Qualifications/ Skills/ Knowledge:
- Minimum High School Graduate; Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Healthcare, or related
field preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service, healthcare sales, or call center operations is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of
Hindi or regional languages is a plus).
- Empathetic, patient-focused, and professional attitude.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
