Project Manager (For Complete ELV)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – CCTV / IT Infrastructure with 7–8 years of hands-on field experience in managing complete ELV Infrastructure projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, team handling, and end-to-end project execution at client sites. This is a field-intensive role involving site visits, coordination, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of CCTV, surveillance, and IT infrastructure projects
Manage on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of CCTV/IP/IT systems
Handle LAN networking, structured cabling, and electrical coordination at project sites
Supervise field technicians, engineers, and vendors for timely project delivery
Plan project timelines, manpower allocation, and material requirements
Coordinate with clients for site readiness, installation, and handover
Monitor project progress and submit daily/weekly status reports
Troubleshoot technical issues related to CCTV, networking, and IT systems
Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and documentation
Manage multiple project sites and travel as per project requirements
Conduct testing, commissioning, and final project handover to clients
Provide technical support and guidance to field teams
Skills Required:
Experience in IT infrastructure, LAN networking, and structured cabling
Good understanding of IP addressing, switching, and routing basics
Ability to read electrical and wiring layouts
Team handling and project coordination skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Excellent client handling and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple field projects simultaneously
Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma / B.Tech ( Electronics Electrical )/ IT / Computer Science with 7–8 years’ experience in CCTV / Surveillance
Field experience in installation, configuration & site execution, with willingness to travel to project locations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
