Key Responsibilities
- Lead branch sales operations and team management
- Handle clients walk-ins, follow-ups, and membership conversions
- Plan local marketing and promotional activities
- Maintain sales reports and CRM records
- Build member relationships to improve retention
- Coordinate with fitness and operations teams
