Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified IT professionals for clients across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit IT professionals through job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.
- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess technical, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation rates and employment terms.
- Maintain and update candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Work on various requirements including SAP, Software Development, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, ERP, and other IT domains.
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and client hiring policies.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
