Job Summary
As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting quality beverages and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions
- Uphold food safety standards in handling and preparing beverages
- Assist in stocking and replenishing cafe items
- Provide friendly and prompt customer service
Skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices in the food industry
- Experience in food handling procedures
- Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
- Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar software is a plus
- Prior experience in the food service industry is beneficial

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
