Qualifications
- B.Tech., Textiles with 10 years experience in spinning machinery marketing / experience in Garments also preferred.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the textile spinning machinery / garments.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Demonstrable ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the textiles/garments sector.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while coordinating with design and production teams to meet client requirements.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and negotiation strategies.
- Track and report sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, tradeshows, and networking functions.
