We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive the hands-on technical build of Salesforce implementations, translating solution architecture into robust, well-engineered code and configurations across Salesforce and integrated systems. This role guides the engineering team through complex CPQ configurations and large-scale ARM migration programs, ensuring reliable delivery and adherence to enterprise standards.
Responsibilities

Build and configure complex Salesforce implementations spanning multiple clouds and external systems in line with agreed architecture

Lead the engineering team by reviewing code, enforcing coding standards, and mentoring developers on technical delivery

Develop and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as ERP and legacy databases using batch, near real-time, and real-time patterns
-
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure engineering output matches intended business outcomes

Implement REST and SOAP APIs in line with the defined API-led integration strategy

Configure and troubleshoot integration tools and middleware platforms used to connect business systems

Apply data integration and governance controls to ensure data quality and consistency during the build

Configure Salesforce CPQ elements including product bundles, pricing rules, quote calculation logic, and approval workflows based on documented business requirements

Support sales and finance teams during build and testing cycles to validate the quote generation process
-
Lead technical build and code review sessions, and produce supporting artifacts such as data model documentation and integration build specs
-
Serve as lead engineer for large-scale data migration workstreams, overseeing the transition of complex datasets into Salesforce
-
Develop scalable and secure migration tooling and scripts to handle large data volumes while adhering to security standards and platform limitations

Coordinate the technical steps of data migration, including data profiling, cleansing, transformation mapping, and reconciliation
-
Act as the go-to technical resource for data handling practices, archival implementation, and master data management build activities
-
Coordinate hands-on release management tasks such as deployments, environment management, and go-live technical readiness for large-scale programs
Requirements

8 to 12 years of experience in IT, with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development
-
Expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration, including product bundles, pricing rules, and approval workflows
-
Proficiency in building and troubleshooting integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms
-
Working knowledge of databases, integration middleware, and enterprise systems such as ERP
-
Background in leading engineering teams, conducting code reviews, and enforcing coding standards and best practices
-
Skills in large-scale data migration, including data profiling, cleansing, transformation mapping, and reconciliation
-
Competency in developing scalable and secure migration tooling and scripts for large data volumes
-
Understanding of data governance controls to ensure data quality and consistency
-
Familiarity with master data management (MDM) build activities and archival implementation
-
Capability to coordinate release management tasks, including deployments and environment management
-
Qualifications in performance tuning, executing data migration scripts, and supporting release management for large-scale programs
