Key Responsibilities:
- Assort and segregate polished natural white diamonds based on size, shape, color, and clarity
- Handle size categories including -000, -2, +2, and +6.5
- Ensure accurate grading and maintain quality standards
- Maintain proper documentation and stock organization
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and dispatch
- Follow company SOPs and maintain high precision in work
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–4+ years of experience in polished diamond assortment
- Strong knowledge of natural white diamond grading standards
- Ability to handle small to large size assortments efficiently
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Basic understanding of diamond market standards and terminology
Working Hours:
- 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Fixed Shift)
- Overtime (OT) applicable after 06:00 PM (extra pay provided)
Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
