- Job Title: Civil Draughtsman
- Department: Engineering / Design & Drafting.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Technical Drafting: Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, elevations, cross-sections, and site plans for civil engineering projects (e.g., roads, bridges, drainage systems, foundations, and residential/commercial buildings).
- 3D Modeling & Visualization: Develop 3D models using BIM and CAD software, extracting annotations, schedules, and structural views as required.
- Calculations & Estimations: Calculate exact measurements, angles, site dimensions, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) / material takeoffs for structural materials.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, zoning laws, and company drafting standards.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, land surveyors, and construction site teams to address design clashes and incorporate feedback into revised drawings.
- Documentation & Records: Maintain organized digital and physical drawing files, tracking revisions, drawing issues, and structural updates.

Pay: ₹10,204.38 - ₹37,630.06 per month
