Current opening
We are expanding our US outbound sales team and looking for driven individuals who can represent our clients confidently on the phone. This role involves speaking with US-based customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right solutions.
You will be placed on US-based client campaigns across insurance, social benefits, and business support verticals. Full campaign details are shared during the selection process.
You will be fully trained before your first live call — no prior campaign knowledge is required.
What you will do
Make outbound calls to warm US leads and guide them through eligibility and enrollment
Communicate client solutions clearly, confidently, and persuasively
Handle objections professionally — without pressure tactics
Log call outcomes accurately in the CRM after every interaction
Meet daily and weekly targets consistently and apply feedback to improve performance
Who we are looking for
Good to excellent spoken English — fluency is preferred, but confident average speakers are welcome to apply
Freshers welcome — if you can hold a conversation and take direction, we will train you
Experienced BPO / international voice process agents — fast-tracked through selection
Self-disciplined individuals who can work independently from home, without supervision
Fully available for US shift hours with no conflicting personal or professional commitments
Own a working laptop or desktop — smartphone-only applicants cannot be considered
Stable broadband internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) — wired preferred
