Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, construction, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all related activities. This role requires overseeing the progress of application development, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, and managing the flow of information between teams. The Application Lead ensures that the development process runs smoothly by addressing challenges promptly and facilitating collaboration among team members to deliver high-quality solutions within established timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based application architecture and deployment strategies.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure application solutions within cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting cloud applications with other enterprise systems.
- Competence in performance tuning and optimization of cloud-based applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
