Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate BAMS Doctor to provide Ayurvedic consultations, diagnose patients using Ayurvedic principles, prescribe appropriate treatments, and ensure high-quality patient care. The candidate should possess excellent clinical knowledge, communication skills, and a patient-centric approach. Typical responsibilities include consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning, patient education, documentation, and follow-up care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed patient consultations and medical history assessments.
- Diagnose diseases based on Ayurvedic principles (Prakriti, Vikriti, Dosha assessment).
- Prescribe Ayurvedic medicines, therapies, Panchakarma, and lifestyle modifications as appropriate.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Counsel patients regarding diet, yoga, exercise, and preventive healthcare.
- Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups and modify treatment plans when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with Panchakarma therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Interpret laboratory investigations whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with medical ethics, hospital policies, and AYUSH guidelines.
- Participate in health awareness camps, CMEs, and patient education programs.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and research in Ayurveda.
- Achieve departmental quality standards and maintain patient satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) from a recognized university.
- Valid State/NCISM registration.
- 0–5 years of clinical experience (Freshers may also apply).
- Experience in OPD consultation and Panchakarma is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
