The Relationship Manager (RM) – LAP is responsible for sourcing, developing, and managing customers for Loan Against Property products. The role involves driving business growth through direct sales, channel partners, and maintaining long-term customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (disbursement and login targets).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable LAP solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Guide customers through documentation and application processes.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for loan approvals.
- Ensure proper KYC and compliance as per company and regulatory norms.
- Local language - Tamil
