Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the execution of civil and structural works in line with project drawings, schedules, and quality standards. The role involves ensuring adherence to safety protocols, cost parameters, and design specifications while driving smooth project execution through collaboration with design teams, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising civil and structural works to meet required quality benchmarks.
- Monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and addressing delays or issues with the planning team.
- Identifying and resolving technical challenges on-site to maintain momentum.
- Leading and supervising engineers and construction staff, while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and design standards.
- Aligning stakeholders on project goals and ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
