Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Landscape Construction Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in landscape construction and site execution, preferably in residential real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising landscape works, coordinating with contractors and consultants, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within the stipulated timelines and budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise landscape construction and maintenance activities across residential project sites.
* Coordinate site execution activities, including softscape and hardscape works, as per approved drawings and specifications.
* Review landscape drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project schedules for effective execution.
* Monitor project quality, safety compliance, and work progress at site.
* Prepare BOQs, material estimates, quantity take-offs, and periodic progress reports.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Inspect and oversee irrigation systems, drainage networks, planting works, paving, and other landscape elements.
* Ensure timely procurement and availability of landscape materials and plants.
* Verify contractor measurements and work completion status for billing purposes.
* Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues promptly.
* Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
* Maintain project documentation, reports, and site records.
Required Qualifications
* Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Agriculture, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of relevant experience in landscape construction and execution of residential real estate projects.
* Good knowledge of softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and landscape materials.
* Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings and project specifications.
* Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in villas, apartment complexes, gated communities, or township projects.
* Strong site supervision and contractor management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and timely project delivery.
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: ₹3.0 – ₹4.2 LPA (Based on experience and competency)
