The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office records, coordinating daily operations, handling documentation, and supporting smooth workflow within the organization.
We are looking for a candidate with good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle office responsibilities professionally.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration activities
- Maintain attendance records and office documentation
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and staff coordination
- Support logistics and operational coordination activities
- Maintain proper filing and data records
- Prepare reports and update office-related information
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Eligibility Criteria
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational and record-maintaining skills
- Previous admin experience is an added advantage
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Office Timing
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
