We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Faculty to lead our Logistics Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing academic operations, mentoring faculty, ensuring quality education, and driving student success in the logistics and supply chain domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the academic department effectively.
- Plan, organize, and monitor training programs.
- Mentor and support faculty members.
- Develop and update course content based on industry trends.
- Ensure high-quality teaching standards and student performance.
- Coordinate with placement and industry partners.
- Handle academic administration and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management,or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Freight forwarding in logistics industry will have more priority
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for education and student development.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
