Job Title: Sales Manager (EV Two-Wheeler) Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our two-wheeler sales division. While the core product is electric, we value high-caliber leadership experience from both the 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler sectors. You will be responsible for spearheading sales strategies, managing a large team of 20+ professionals, and ensuring our brand dominates the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and track the performance of a 20-member sales team (including Relationship Managers and Sales Executives).
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to exceed targets.
- EV Market Growth: Prioritize EV adoption by educating customers on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), range, and charging infrastructure.
- Operations: Oversee showroom activities, test ride management, and the end-to-end customer journey from inquiry to delivery.
- Reporting: Analyze sales funnels, conversion rates, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Customer Experience: Maintain "Best in Class" customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) through proactive engagement and grievance resolution.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Age: Below 45 years.
- Experience: * Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Sales Manager.
- Overall sales experience in 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler industries.
- EV experience is a high priority and will be a significant advantage.
- Track Record: Must demonstrate a "proven track record" of meeting/exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, team-building, and communication skills.
- Licensing: Valid Driving License is mandatory.
