We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly & Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform product assembly using machines such as bench drill, electric screwdriver, adaptor testing machine, cutting and grinding tools
- Carry out quality checks on assembled units to ensure compliance with standards
- Install operating systems and perform basic software setup as required
- Print and apply barcodes to products and components
- for recording production data, tracking work orders, and updating quality check results
- Follow safety procedures, manufacturing guidelines, and standard operating practices
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Experience in assembly or manufacturing operations (preferred)
- Ability to safely operate common workshop machines and power tools
- Soldering skills and experience with electronic components
- Basic computer literacy, including using Windows OS, installing operating systems, and printing barcodes
- Ability to learn and use in-house manufacturing software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
Preferred Skills:
- Basic electronics knowledge
- Experience with quality control processes
- Troubleshooting skills for assembly or testing issues
