About the Role:
We are looking for someone who can act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams. This role is not just about managing communication, but about owning the overall execution and ensuring that strategies are translated into results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and build strong relationships
- Understand client goals and align internal teams accordingly
- Coordinate with performance marketing, content, design, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution
- Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure work is completed efficiently
- Proactively identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities in campaigns
- Ensure clarity in communication across all stakeholders
- Maintain accountability for quality and consistency of work delivered
- Assist in reporting, insights, and presenting performance updates to clients
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (Meta Ads, SEO, content, etc.)
- Problem-solving mindset with ownership attitude
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach
Good to Have:
- Experience working in a marketing agency or handling clients
- Understanding of performance marketing and campaign flow
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
