About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Lead who can immediately contribute to our Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) products.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not a project management position. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding complex lending workflows, writing production-quality code, guiding the development team, resolving technical challenges, and helping accelerate product delivery.
In addition to strong lending domain expertise, the candidate should have practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and workflow automation, enabling AI capabilities to be embedded into our lending products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of LOS/LMS products.
- Understand existing product architecture and quickly contribute to ongoing development.
- Develop new modules and enhance existing features.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable production-quality code.
- Guide and mentor the engineering team on architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Resolve complex technical issues and provide solution recommendations.
- Participate in technical discussions with product owners, business teams, and clients.
- Design scalable and secure enterprise applications.
- Optimize application performance and database design.
- Introduce AI-driven capabilities into lending workflows where appropriate.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes using AI.
- Review code, conduct technical design reviews, and ensure engineering quality.
- Support project estimation, sprint planning, and technical decision-making.
- Help reduce development timelines by providing deep technical expertise.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and Product teams throughout the software lifecycle.

Required Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of software development experience.
- At least 1+ year of hands-on experience in LOS, LMS, or Digital Lending products.
- Proven experience working on enterprise-scale banking or financial applications.
- Strong hands-on coding experience (not purely managerial).
- Experience leading development teams.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
