Astra School is an AI-powered edtech platform helping students and young professionals master finance, investing, and wealth-building. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Performance Marketer who's hungry to own campaigns end-to-end , not just execute tasks, but think, test, and scale.
If you've run paid ads, obsessed over ROAS, and know what it feels like when a campaign actually works - this is for you.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and YouTube
- Own campaign performance - from audience building and creatives to budget pacing and optimization
- Analyze campaign data and translate it into clear, actionable insights
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to build high-performing ad assets
- Monitor key metrics (CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS) and report on performance regularly
- Identify growth opportunities and bring ideas to the table - proactively
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
- Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals - targeting, bidding, funnel strategy, and optimization
- Comfort working with data - you know how to read a dashboard and act on it
- Strong ownership mindset - you treat campaigns like they're your own
- Experience in edtech or D2C is a plus, not a dealbreaker
- 0-1 year of experience is completely fine - we care about what you've built, not how long you've been doing it
