Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in editing short-form and long-form content for social media, advertisements, branding campaigns, and promotional videos.
You should have a good understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, audio synchronization, and platform-specific content optimization for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Edit videos for social media platforms, advertisements, and marketing campaigns
- Create engaging short-form content such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and background music
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team for content planning
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content
- Organize and manage project files efficiently
- Deliver projects within deadlines
Requirements
- Experience in video editing and content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software
- Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
- Basic knowledge of color correction and audio editing
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics experience
- Thumbnail design knowledge
- Basic photography or videography skills
- Experience handling social media content for brands or educational institutions
