About the Role
We are looking for a detail-orientated and proactive tender executive to manage the complete tendering process for government and private sector projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission through various e-procurement portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant tenders through government and private e-procurement portals.
- Analyse tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bid documents within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, and Management teams for required documentation.
- Manage registrations and bidding on portals such as the CPP Portal, GEM (Government e-Marketplace), state e-procurement portals, and NIC tender portals.
- Maintain a repository of company credentials, certifications, work orders, client references, and statutory documents.
- Track bid status, corrigendums, pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and tender results.
- Prepare tender MIS reports and maintain tender records.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of government tendering and e-procurement processes.
- Familiarity with GEM, CPP Portal, NIC, and State Tender Portals.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to read and interpret tender specifications and contractual terms.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of government procurement rules and bidding procedures is an added advantage.
