About the Role
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of experience in managing social media platforms, content creation, organic lead generation, and brand building. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, SEO fundamentals, audience engagement, and content strategy. Experience working with startups will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, create, and execute social media content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Write engaging and original content for posts, captions, articles, company updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Identify what content should be posted, when it should be posted, and which platform is most suitable for maximum reach and engagement.
- Develop strategies to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and organic follower growth.
- Generate organic leads through social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, and community engagement activities.
- Work closely with the design and development teams to create impactful marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
- Manage company pages and ensure regular activity to strengthen the company's online presence.
- Support employer branding initiatives and showcase company culture through social media.
- Coordinate with leadership and internal teams to highlight achievements, projects, services, and company updates.
- Optimize content using basic SEO principles to improve visibility and organic reach.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
- Experience in organic lead generation and audience growth strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and content optimization.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Ability to independently create content strategies and marketing plans.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Understanding of branding, audience targeting, and engagement techniques.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with startups, technology companies, SaaS products, IT services, or digital agencies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns and performance marketing.
- Experience building a company's social presence from the ground up will be a strong advantage.
