Job Description
- We are looking for a Sales Team Leader who can manage a small sales team, track daily performance, assign leads, monitor follow-ups, and support the team in achieving targets.
- The candidate should have experience in a software company, SaaS company, fintech company, IT services company, or event industry.
- The Sales Team Leader will act as a bridge between the Sales Manager and Sales Executives.
- The role requires strong follow-up discipline, team handling, CRM updates, reporting, and client coordination skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily work of Sales Executives and Telecallers.
- Assign leads, tasks, follow-ups, meetings, demos, or client requirements to team members.
- Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, client responses, meetings, proposals, and closures.
- Ensure every lead is updated properly in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Take daily updates from team members regarding hot leads, pending leads, interested clients, and lost leads.
- Guide team members on client communication, sales pitch, objection handling, and follow-ups.
- Help the team handle important clients, difficult queries, and closing cases.
- Ensure no lead is missed, delayed, or ignored.
- Conduct daily team huddles for targets, follow-ups, and performance review.
- Train new team members on company process, CRM usage, client handling, and sales communication.
- Review team calls, chats, and client communication quality when required.
- Share daily, weekly, and monthly team performance reports with the Sales Manager.
- Maintain team discipline, attendance, punctuality, and productivity.
- Identify low-performing team members and guide them for improvement.
- Escalate serious client issues, pricing discussions, or operational issues to the Sales Manager.
Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have experience in sales, client coordination, telecalling, business development, or team handling.
- Candidate should have worked in a software company, SaaS company, fintech company, IT services company, or event management company.
- Candidate should understand lead follow-up, CRM updates, client communication, sales pipeline, and target tracking.
- Candidate should be confident in managing a small team and taking daily reports.
- Candidate should be disciplined, target-oriented, and good at follow-ups.
- Candidate should have good communication, leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Experience in software sales, event sales, corporate sales, B2B sales, or service-based sales will be preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, client servicing, business development, or team handling.
- Prior experience as Team Leader, Senior Sales Executive, Sales Coordinator, or Sales Supervisor will be preferred.
- Experience in software, SaaS, fintech, IT services, event management, corporate events, or service-based industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, email, and reporting tools.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage daily targets.
- Good communication, client handling, and team coordination skills.
- Graduate in any field.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
